There are a lot of fantastic parks for kids around the Logan area. New subdivisions and being fitted out with award winning parks and open spaces that will keep any kid of all ages busy. Check out below my favourite parks that I take my kids to in the Logan region.
Darlington Kids Park, Yarrabilba
This park is a must do for any family in the area, and is definitely worth the drive to visit at least once.
The playground is filled with new and exciting playground equipment that I haven’t seen at other parks before.
For the very young kids there are swings and slides that are suitable. There is even a free water splash area that the younger toddlers would love to splash around in.
For the older kids there is a large flying fox, swing spinning top and lots of balance beams and climbing webs that will keep them physically and mentally engaged in fun play.
There is a large open space that is surrounded by a concrete footpath that is suitable to take the kids riding around as it is flat path.

It also has a basketball half-court that will give the kids an area to play basketball or to kids their bikes and scooters on.
